Your Assessment Session

Your Assessment Session

Your Assessment Session

I understand that taking the first step can feel overwhelming, so the assessment session is a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

There’s no pressure, no obligation, just some time for you to share what’s going on for you and to ask any questions you might have.

What an assessment session could look like:

Welcome

We’ll start by getting to know each other a little. You could share what’s brought you here, at your own pace.

Your Journey so far

You could talk about your journey, what you’re looking for, whether that’s support with specific challenges or a safe space to figure things out.

How I work

I’ll explain my approach, how sessions usually run, and what you can expect from me.

Practical bits

We’ll cover things like our therapeutic agreement, confidentiality, session times, fees, and confidentiality so you know exactly how it all works.

Your questions

Most importantly, you’ll have space to ask me anything that feels important to you.

Your Wellbeing Session

Your Assessment Session

Your Assessment Session

Every session is shaped around you and what you need in that moment. There’s no set script or rigid structure.

This is your space to explore, reflect, and be heard.

What a Wellbeing Session could Look Like:

Settling in

We could begin by checking in with how you’re feeling today and what’s on your mind.

Exploring together

You’ll have the space to talk through whatever feels important. whether that’s a specific challenge, a pattern you’ve noticed, or untangling thoughts and feelings.

Tools and approaches

Depending on what you may need, I could offer techniques, reflections, or new ways of looking at things that can support your growth and wellbeing.

Pausing and reflecting

We might take moments to step back, notice progress, or reflect on insights that arise during the session.

Your Time, Your Space

This session is yours.

There’s no set agenda and no “right” or “wrong” way to use it. Some people come with clear questions, others want to talk and see how it feels.

You can share as much or as little as you like.
